Frequently Asked Questions
What is an Escape Room?
An Escape Room is your chance to encounter something different. Every escape room has it’s own experience. The point is to take you out of your element and create a world where clue seeking, problem solving and critical thinking are your only options to succeed. You cannot rely on just one person, you must work together to create the ultimate escape plan and beat the clock. You have 60 minutes… Tick Tock Goes the Clock…
How many can be in each room?
Teams can consist of 2-8 people depending on the room choice. You are welcome to book the entire room for $180 or $28 per person. Private and corporate events are available. We encourage teams to be no less than 3 people and no more than 8 people in each room for the best experience.
How much does it cost?
The cost is $29.99 per person or rent entire room for $199 for up to 8 people, depending on room size. Groups of 16+ qualify for discounted group rates. Email us at email@example.com for more information on large group booking!
Due to covid-19, once you book your room, we will block out the rest of the room so you are only with your group.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your reserved time. We have to stick to a strict schedule, so if you are late, you may not have the full allotted time for your experience.
What is the suggested age?
Due to the nature of the games, we suggest participants be between 12 years and 112 years of age. Eleven and 113 year olds are not as helpful. Participants 14 years or younger will require an adult. If you have a kiddo in your group, we ask you reserve the entire room so it does not effect any other groups experience.
Are reservations required?
Yes! Participants must reserve their rooms online three hours before their intended booking time. No refunds will be provided for cancellations or no-shows. Reservations can be changed with 48 hours notice.
Are the rooms scary?
No! Each room has a different theme but they are created for a problem solving experience and not like a haunted house.
No. Cameras or cell phones are not allowed in the rooms.
