COVID-19 Protocol Updates

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR HIGHEST PRIORITY

The World Health Organization has declared the outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) as a pandemic in the US. Though we are yet to see it widespread around the Lake of the Ozarks, nor do we know how widespread it will become, we here at Lake Escape Escape Rooms are taking every precaution to make sure that every player who comes through our door is safe while also taking steps to make sure that our doors can remain open during this uncertain time. Read below to see the steps that we are taking to make sure our facility is safe for both our players and our staff.

WHAT WERE DOING TO KEEP OUR PLAYERS SAFE

1. ALL ROOMS ARE BEING DISINFECTED BETWEEN EACH GROUP

Though we strive daily to keep our facility as clean as possible, we have put in place rigorous cleaning schedules and will be thoroughly disinfecting our rooms between each group. This may add time to our resets, so please be sure to show up 10-15 minutes before your games. In addition to disinfecting our rooms, all paper clues and interactive materials are being changed out between each and every game so as to ensure they are germ free for each and every one of our games.

2. EASY RESCHEDULING PROCEEDURES

We understand that during this time, plans can change in an instant. We are waiving the 48 hour window required for rescheduling and are offering free rescheduling/vouchers for your booking in the event that your group can not make it. Please contact our staff if your plans change and we will coordinate the emailing over of a full price voucher to be used at your discretion for any booking in the future. This option will be available up until 2 hours prior to your booking time.

3. ALL BOOKINGS ARE NOW PRIVATE Every booking you make will now be for a fully private room, ensuring that you have full control and understanding of who you are playing with and where they have traveled. The extra cost for this option will be waived until the threat has subsided.
